Ordinance No. 2010-01. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $3,500,000 Road Improvement Bond Renewal Anticipation Notes, by the City of Monroe, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds of the City.
Emergency Ordinance No. 2010-02. An Ordinance dedicating real property to be used as public right-of-way on State Route 63, Senate Drive, and Union Road, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 02-2010. A Resolution amending Resolution No. 97-2009 to adjust the vacation schedule and establish an evaluation criteria for additional vacation leave, and declaring an emergency.
