Ordinance No. 2010-08. An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents for the purchase of real property known as Lot Number 4595. (Second Reading)

Emergency Resolution No. 32-2010. A Resolution accepting grant funding from the Ohio Kentucky Indiana Regional Council of Governments for the State Route 63 Corridor Wide Signal Management System Project, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 33-2010. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $5,355.00 to Sunridge Systems Inc., and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 34-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to advertise and receive bids for the Gallaher Road Roadway/Water Main Improvements, and declaring an emergency. Discuss: Will Gallaher Road Get Imroved This Year?
