Resolution No. 35-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Kleingers & Associates for additional engineering design services for the Mason Road and Butler-Warren Road Extension.

Resolution No. 36-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Jones Warner Consultants, Inc. for additional professional design services for the Whispering Oaks Subdivision Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project.

Consideration of Motion authorizing the purchase of a 2007 Buick Lucerne 4/D in the amount of $17,500 for the Department of Police.
