Resolution No. 35-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Kleingers & Associates for additional engineering design services for the Mason Road and Butler-Warren Road Extension.
Resolution No. 36-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Jones Warner Consultants, Inc. for additional professional design services for the Whispering Oaks Subdivision Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project.
New Business
Emergency Resolution No. 37-2010. A Resolution expressing appreciation to Patrol Officer Jeff Lentz for his dedicated service to the City of Monroe, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 38-2010. A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into a contract by and between the City of Monroe and Silverhawke Construction for the Gallaher Road Roadway/Water Main Improvements, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 39-2010. A Resolution to authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract and scope of services with Michael Schuster Associates to serve as architect for the construction of the Fire Facility and Police Substation, and declaring an emergency.
Resolution No. 40-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to request proposals of Energy Service Providers for Self Funding Energy Efficiency Improvements.
Emergency Ordinance No. 2010-09. An Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances; providing for the adoption of new matter in the updated and revised Codified Ordinances; publishing the enactment of such new matter; repealing ordinances and resolutions in conflict therewith; and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance No. 2010-10. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $5,835,000 of Waterworks System Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2010, of the City of Monroe, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, under Section 12 of Article XVIII of the Ohio Constitution for the purpose of permanently financing notes issued to pay the costs of certain water works system improvements, financing the cost of additional waterworks system improvements, funding a debt service reserve fund and paying the costs of insurance of said bonds; and authorizing a trust indenture with a pledge of the revenues thereof to secure the bonds.
Ordinance No. 2010-11. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $1,025,000 of bonds by the City of Monroe, Ohio, for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring fire equipment in the City and authorizing an official statement.
Ordinance No. 2010-12. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $5,940,000 of bonds by the City of Monroe, Ohio, for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing road improvements in the City and authorizing an official statement.
Ordinance No. 2010-13. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $6,965,000 of bonds by the City of Monroe, Oho, for various purposes in the City and authorizing an official statement.
Ordinance No. 2010-14. An Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into an amended agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Board of Park Commissioners of Metroparks of Butler County for the lease of real property known as Rosemont Farm.
Consideration of Motion authorizing the expenditure of $13,566.37 to Premier Safety & Service, Inc. for confined space safety equipment and training for the Department of Public Works.
Consideration of Motion to not request a hearing on the issuance of a D5 Liquor License to OTS Properties LLC located at 913 Lebanon Street.
