Old Business

Resolution No. 40-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to request proposals of Energy Service Providers for Self Funding Energy Efficiency Improvements. (Second Reading)

Ordinance No. 2010-10. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $5,835,000 of Waterworks System Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2010, of the City of Monroe, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, under Section 12 of Article XVIII of the Ohio Constitution for the purpose of permanently financing notes issued to pay the costs of certain water works system improvements, financing the cost of additional waterworks system improvements, funding a debt service reserve fund and paying the costs of insurance of said bonds; and authorizing a trust indenture with a pledge of the revenues thereof to secure the bonds. (Second Reading)

Ordinance No. 2010-11. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $1,025,000 of bonds by the City of Monroe, Ohio, for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring fire equipment in the City and authorizing an official statement. (Second Reading)

Ordinance No. 2010-12. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $5,940,000 of bonds by the City of Monroe, Ohio, for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing road improvements in the City and authorizing an official statement. (Second Reading)

Ordinance No. 2010-13. An Ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $6,965,000 of bonds by the City of Monroe, Oho, for various purposes in the City and authorizing an official statement.

Ordinance No. 2010-14. An Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into an amended agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Board of Park Commissioners of Metroparks of Butler County for the lease of real property known as Rosemont Farm.

New Business

Resolution No. 41-2010. A Resolution establishing a business zoning fee amnesty program from August 20, 2010 through October 20, 2010.

Resolution No. 42-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all documents required to participate in the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance.

Emergency Resolution No. 43-2010. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $4,812.00 to Monroe Mechanical, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 44-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to advertise and receive bids for the Greentree Road Water Main Improvement Project, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 45-2010. A Resolution adopting the Tax Budget for the City of Monroe, Ohio, for the 2011 Fiscal Year, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2010-15. An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2010-03, otherwise known as the Appropriation Ordinance, for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, during fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
