Old Business

Ordinance No. 2010-14. An Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into an amended agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Board of Park Commissioners of Metroparks of Butler County for the lease of real property known as Rosemont Farm.
(Second Reading - Tabled July 13, 2010)

New Business

Resolution No. 49-2010. A Resolution accepting a 2010-2011 Ohio Attorney General's Drug Use Prevention Grant Funds to provide drug use prevention education.

Emergency Resolution No. 50-2010. A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe, the Board of Commissioners of Butler County, Ohio, and SinglePoint Design-Build LLC for the rehabilitation of property to be used as a community center and available space for a library, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2010-15. An Ordinance amending Exhibit "1" of Ordinance No. 2009-16 to eliminate the position of Meter Installer/Reader and increase the maximum number of positions for Operator/Laborer II.

Consideration of Motion setting the date for Large Item Pickup as October 23, 2010.

Consideration of Motion setting the date for Beggar's Night as October 31, 2010 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
