Paul Hemmer Companies will be acquiring 108 acres from Lawton-Kent-Robinson for a new industrial park called Miami Valley Industrial Park. The location is the NE corner of Cincinnati-Dayton Road and RT. 63. Prologic is said to be interested in building two 600,000 square foot buildings. There are three other buildings 66,000, 72,000 and 77,000 said to be built in the park according to Lenny Robinson of Lawton-Kent-Robinson realitors. Zoned for light industrial, the area includes most of the open area between Cincinnati-Dayton Rd and Lawton Avenue in Monroe, just to the north of RT. 63. Development of the land is scheduled to start later this year or early next year.
