Old Business

Resolution No. 52-2010. A Resolution to authorize and direct the City Manager to enter into an amended agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Monroe Local School District to provide for a School Resource Officer. (Second Reading)

Resolution No. 53-2010. A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.

Emergency Resolution No. 56-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and McBride Dale Associates, Inc. to update the Planning and Zoning Code, and declaring an emergency. (Second Reading)

New Business

Emergency Resolution No. 58-2010. A Resolution amending Emergency Resolution No. 48-2010 approving blanket purchase orders as recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 59-2010. A Resolution accepting donations from various donors for various purposes, and declaring an emergency.

Resolution No. 60-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with National Inspection Corporation for Building Services.

Emergency Ordinance No. 2010-19. An Ordinance determining to adjust special assessments levied for the purpose of constructing certain improvements and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Ordinance No. 2010-20. An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of the amount described herein from the General Fund to the Street Fund and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2010-21. An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2010-15, otherwise known as the Appropriation Ordinance for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, Ohio, during fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.

Ordinance No. 2010-22. An Ordinance repealing and amending Chapter
1446 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Monroe.

Consideration of Motion approving the August 2010 Finance Reports as submitted.
