MONROE LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION

Minutes of October 12, 2010 Special Meeting

 

The Board of Education of the Monroe Local School District in the County of Butler, State of Ohio, held a special meeting on the 12th day of October 2010 in the Monroe Board Office, located at 500 Yankee Road in Monroe, Ohio.

Mr. Mike Lane, President, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call — showed the following members present Mr. Brett Guido, Mr. Mike Lane, Mr. John MacDonald, Mr. Chris Snyder, and Mrs. Leslie Stone.

 

Resolution No. 10-201 Approval of Consent Agenda

Mr. Snyder moved and Mr. MacDonald seconded the motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented.

ROLL CALL: AYES: (5) Mr. Lane, Mr. Guido, Mr. MacDonald, Mr. Snyder, Mrs. Stone

NOES: (0)

The president declared the motion carried.

Resolution No. 10-202 Appointment of Treasurer Pro Tempore

Mr. Guido moved and Mrs. Stone seconded the motion to approve Mr. Snyder as Treasurer Pro Tempore.

ROLL CALL: AYES: (5) Mr. Lane, Mr. Guido, Mr. MacDonald, Mr. Snyder, Mrs. Stone

The president declared the motion carried.

 

Resolution No. 10-203 Executive Session

Mr. Guido moved and Mrs. Stone seconded the motion to adjourn to executive session at 6:14 p.m. for preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees.

The president declared the motion carried.

Mr. MacDonald moved, and Mr. Lane seconded the motion to adjourn the special meeting at 9:15 p.m.
