Ordinance No. 2010-23. An Ordinance approving the Final Plat of Todd's Glen Reserve, Block C (Second Reading).
New Business
Emergency Ordinance No. 2010-24. An Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Oakland Farms Inc. for the lease of real property containing approximately 50 gross acres located on North Main Street, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 68-2010. A Resolution amending Emergency Resolution No. 58-2010 approving blanket purchase orders as recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 69-2010. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $11,337.00 to Ohio Drilling Co., Inc., and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 70-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to implement a Health Reimbursement Arrangement, and declaring an emergency.
Resolution No. 71-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and CDS Associates, Inc. for professional engineering services for the State Route 63 Corridor Signal Management System.
