Resolution No. 71-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and CDS Associates, Inc. for professional engineering services for the State Route 63 Corridor Signal Management System.
New Business
Emergency Resolution No. 72-2010. A Resolution amending the IRC Section 125 Premium Conversion Plan, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 73-2010. A Resolution establishing the required percentage of health care premium to be paid by non-contract employees, and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance No. 2010-25. An Ordinance to amend and supplement Ordinance No. 2010-21, otherwise known as the Appropriations Ordinance for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, Ohio during fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
Ordinance No. 2010-26. An Ordinance providing for temporary appropriations for the City of Monroe, Ohio to meet the ordinary expenses of said City under authority of Ohio Revised Code Section
5705.38 and the Charter of the City of Monroe.
Ordinance No. 2010-27. An Ordinance supplementing the Business Regulation and Taxation Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Monroe to establish an Admission Charge.
Emergency Ordinance No. 2010-28. An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of the amount described herein from the General Fund to the SA Bond Retirement Fund and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance No. 2010-29. An Ordinance amending Exhibit "1" of Ordinance No. 2010-15 to adjust the minimum and maximum wage/salary range for all non union employees by a zero percent increase based on the Midwest Employee Cost Index.
