Old Business

Ordinance No. 2010-27. An Ordinance supplementing the Business Regulation and Taxation Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Monroe to establish an Admission Charge. (Second Reading)

Ordinance No. 2010-29. An Ordinance amending Exhibit "1" of Ordinance No. 2010-15 to adjust the minimum and maximum wage/salary range for all non union employees by a zero percent increase based on the Midwest Employee Cost Index. (Second Reading)

New Business

Emergency Resolution No. 01-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $32,012.40 to Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc., and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2011-01. An Ordinance to amend and supplement Ordinance No. 2010-25, otherwise known as the Appropriation Ordinance, for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, Ohio during fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.

Consideration of Motion authorizing the City Manager to renew the contract between the City of Monroe and Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. for the period of February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012.

Consideration of Motion making various appointments to boards, commissions, and committees of Council.
