CUP U-15 Girls at Disney

A tremendous weekend for the CUP Girls at the country’s #1 rated youth soccer tournament. The Girls U-15 CUP Crew Juniors - Gold were Champions. The Girls U-15 CUP Crew Juniors - Gold advanced after the second game. In a physical championship game with Waterloo (Canada) the 15s were down 2-0 with twelve minutes to go. Although the team began the first half playing a 4:3:1:2 and the the second half playing a 4:3:3, they began their dramatic comeback within minutes of changing into a 4:2:4. The CUP Crew Jrs Gold fought hard to score three goals in nine minutes to win the game in regulation 3-2. It was one of the most exciting games in the event. These girls are from Monroe, Centerville and Lakota.
