Old Business

Emergency Resolution No. 07-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and SFA Architects, Inc. for professional architectural services for the repair of water damage at the Monroe Urban Center and declaring an emergency. (Tabled January 25, 2011)

New Business

Emergency Resolution No. 08-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $59,903.60 to Cargill and declaring an emergency.

Resolution No. 09-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation and authorize the expenditure of a 20% local match to Federal funding to enhance the I-75/State Route 63 Interchange Area.

Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-02. An Ordinance supplementing Section
286.08 of the Administration Code of the Codified Ordinances to include site plan fees and declaring an emergency.

Administrative Reports

Consideration of Motion approving the December 2010 Finance Reports.
