Old Business

Resolution No. 09-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation and authorize the expenditure of a 20% local match to Federal funding to enhance the I-75/State Route 63 Interchange Area.

New Business

Emergency Resolution No. 10-2011. A Resolution amending Emergency Resolution No. 03-2011 approving blanket purchase orders as recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 11-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $3,825.00 to The Center for Local Government and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-03. An Ordinance amending Exhibit "1"
of Ordinance No. 2010-29 to establish the position of Engineering Technician and the wage/salary range for said position and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2011-04. An Ordinance to provide for appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe during fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.

Consideration of Motion amending the Rules of Council to comply with Section 220.02 of the Administration Code to eliminate the specific number of the Members of Council on Committees of Council.

Administrative Reports

Consideration of Motion approving the December Finance Reports as submitted.
