Emergency Resolution No. 15-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $12,800 to CDS Associates and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 16-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter an Athletic Facilities Utilization Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Monroe BMX for Monroe Crossings Park and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 17-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Athletic Facilities Utilization Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Monroe Soccer Association for Monroe Community Park and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 18-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Athletic Facilities Utilization Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Monroe Baseball Association for Monroe Community Park and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 19-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Utilization Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Confederate State Marine Corp. for Monroe Community Park and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 20-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and URS Corporation for professional engineering services to study and evaluate the City's water system and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-05. An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of the amounts described herein from the General Fund to the Police Law Enforcement Fund, Fire-1989 Levy Fund, Street Fund, S.A. Street Lighting Fund, G.O. Bond Retirement Fund, and S.A. Bond Retirement Fund; from the Fire-2005 Levy Fund to the Fire-1989 Levy Fund; and from the Water Fund to the Water Bond Retirement Fund; and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-06. An Ordinance authorizing the cash advance of $35,000 from the General Fund to the S.A. Street Lighting Fund and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2011-07. An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 1062 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances.

Ordinance No. 2011-08. An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 886 of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code of the Codified Ordinances.

Consideration of Motion setting the dates for the Community-Wide Garage Sale as Friday, June 3rd from 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday, June 4th from 8 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, June 5th from 1 pm to 5 pm.
