Ordinance No. 2011-07. An Ordinance amending and supplement Chapter
1062 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances (Second Reading).

Ordinance No. 2011-08. An Ordinance amending and supplement Chapter
886 of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code of the Codified Ordinances (Second Reading).

Emergency Resolution No. 20-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and URS Corporation for professional engineering services to study and evaluate the City's Water System and declaring an emergency.

New Business

Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-09. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2010-27 to amend the effective date of the Admission Charge and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2011-10. An Ordinance approving the Final Plat of the Garver Road Business Park.

Emergency Resolution No. 21-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $3,060.14 to Frost Brown Todd and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 22-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $3,560.00 to Miami Valley Communications Council and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 23-2011. A Resolution accepting the recommendations of the Warren County Tax Incentive Review Council of March 10, 2011, as further described herein, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 24-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Dinsmore Public Sector Advisors to provide professional services for economic development and declaring an emergency.

Consideration of Motion authorizing the expenditure of $62,500 for two 2011 Dodge Charger Police Cruisers.
