Emergency Resolution No. 20-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and URS Corporation for professional engineering services to study and evaluate the City's Water System and declaring an emergency. (Tabled March 22, 2011)

Emergency Resolution No. 23-2011. A Resolution accepting the recommendations of the Warren County Tax Incentive Review Council of March 10, 2011, as further described herein, and declaring an emergency. (Tabled April 12, 2011)
