Old Business

Emergency Resolution No. 07-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and SFA Architects Inc. for professional architectural services for the repair of water damage at the Monroe Urban Center and declaring an emergency. (Tabled January 25, 2011)

Emergency Resolution No. 20-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and URS Corporation for professional engineering services to study and evaluate the City's water system and declaring an emergency. (Tabled March 22, 2011)

Ordinance No. 2011-10. An Ordinance approving the final plat of the Garver Road Business Park. (Tabled April 26, 2011)

Emergency Resolution No. 25-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an engagement letter to retain the professional legal services of Schottenstein Zox & Dunn to provide advice and counsel in connection with the construction of the Monroe Urban Center and declaring an emergency.
