Photo: Monroe Stingers Of the 500 acre phase one plat for the new west side development, Monroe Crossings, 27.5 acres have been designated as park land for soccer and green space. There could be as many as 10 new soccer fields of varing sizes for the different levels of play. The city will own and maintain the new park. Monroe Crossings is a ten year 1000 home project located on the southeast corner of Rt 63 and Rt 4.
