Emergency Resolution No. 07-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into

an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and SFA Architects, Inc. for professional

architectural services for the repair of water damage at the Monroe Urban Center and declaring

an emergency. (Tabled January 25, 2011)

Emergency Resolution No. 20-2011. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into

an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and URS Corporation for professional

engineering services to study and evaluate the City’s water system and declaring an emergency.

(Tabled March 22, 2011)

New Business

Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-11. An Ordinance amending Emergency Ordinance No. 2011-

05 to correct and authorize the transfer of the amounts described herein from the General Fund to

the Street Fund and Cemetery Fund and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2011-12. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2011-01, otherwise known as

the Appropriations Ordinance, to meet current expenses and other expenditures of the City of

Monroe, during fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.

Emergency Resolution No. 26-2011. A Resolution accepting donations from donors for various

purposes and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 27-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in

the amount of $10,000.00 to Pillar Valuation Group, Inc and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 28-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in

the amount of $10,644.25 to Frost Brown Todd and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 29-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in

the amount of $7,149.47 to Labyrinth and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 30-2011. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in

the amount of $204,619.29 to SinglePoint Design Build LLC and declaring an emergency.
