Bionic Chief Howard Returns Tweet

With wires connected to his chest, Chief Howard returns to work as the bionic chief. Standard equipment includes gun, pager, two-way radio and heart monitor. Howard, 68, was to undergo angioplasty to clear blockage near his heart, but doctors decided to treat him with medication and monitor results. For now, Chief Howard is restricted to desk duty until further data can be analyzed from the monitor.
