Monroe cuts 2004 city budget by $2.3M Tweet

Bill Brock, acting city manager, said the city's cash position has improved over the last 6 months. Brock is working on a 5 year projection for capital spending and all other expenditures. This will improve the city's cash position going forward. Jay Stewart said that the city has made $2.3M in fiscal 2004 budgets.
