Beth Cahill, from Monroe, Ohio, came to the Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance in May of 2011 as an intern. Cahill became the Economic Development Coordinator in August of 2011 after graduating from Ball State University with a degree in public relations.

While at Ball State, Cahill served as president of Student Government Association, a student trustee for Alpha Chi Omega sorority and was an active member in the Greek community. She was given the James Marine Junior of the Year scholarship and was named Greek Woman of the Year in 2011.

Cahill volunteers at Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Delaware County and is a member of Muncie Young Professionals.
