On January 17th, 2012 during a Special Joint Meeting of Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals in the James Monroe Community Room new officers were chosen. The following Members of Council were present: Anna Hale, Bob Kelley, Lora Stillman, Steve Black, and Suzi Rubin. The following Members of Planning Commission were present: Mike Morris, Steve Wood, James Berry, and Steve Campbell. The following Members of the Board of Zoning Appeals were present: Jonathon Nerenberg and Lorenzo Adams.
