On video, Victor Santiago, Scoutmaster of Troop 54, asked if five of the boy scouts present could meet with each of the Members of Council following the meeting. They are working toward their citizenship badge and a meeting with council would assist them in that goal.

Also on video, Stuart Kolazar, Senior Patrol Leader, indicated that he is working towards his citizenship badge as he would ultimately like to become an Eagle Scout.
