Monroe Police Department has added a welcomed addition to the force. Ken Parson, a former reserve officer for Germantown, was sworn in March 13, 2001 as Monroe‘s newest full time officer. Parson said he is eager to work in monroe because of the cities continued growth which provides a great career opportunity.
