| Applications will be accepted through noon Feb. 4th for the Monroe School Board. Applications materials will be available through Dan Hare, superintendent of the Butler County Educational Service Center, at (513) 877-5504. qualifications for board members are established in Article XV, Section 4 of the Ohio Constitution that "no person shall be elected or appointed to any office in this state unless possessed of the qualifications of an elector." The individual must be 18 or older, a resident of the state 30 days preceding the next election at which he or she offered to vote, a resident of the Monroe School District, and be registered to vote for 30 days.
