With the departure of Bob Youtsler, there is an opening on City Council. According to the City Charter, Council had 30 days to fill the opening. After 30 days, Mayor Routson will be required to appoint a replacement. Any resident interested in taking the vacant 4 year seat on Council, can submit a 'Letter of Interest" to Bill Brock, Acting City Manager, 233 S. Main Street, Monroe, Oh 45050.
