Posey Building Office Facility Tweet

Posey Properties was approved to build a new 20,000 sq. ft. office facility along American Way. The building will house Posey Properties in addition to other office users. Coming up in April, the Planning Commission will also review the site plan for a 13,200 sq. ft. retail center proposed at the corner of American Way and State Route 63.
