| On Saturday, April 22nd at 1:00 p.m. the Monroe Lion‘s Club sponsors their annual Easter Egg Hunt at Monroe Community Park. Age groups for participation are 4 & under, 5-8 and 9-12. Prizes are awarded for each age group. Monroe Lion‘s Club members are accepting orders for their annual Rose Day Sale. The $14.00 per dozen price can be paid in advance to any member by Sunday, March 5th. Delivery date is Thursday, March 23, 2000. Lions Club fundraisers always benefit local community projects.
